We do not offer the possibility to change or return items purchased online; all purchases made on this website are final.
Orders are usually shipped within 3 days after purchase. We will notify you as soon as possible if it takes longer to process your order.
We are not responsible for the cost of any taxes payable in the destination country. The buyer bears all costs associated with importation in the destination country and any additional fee related to the delivery process such as customs and duty fees. Buyers in Switzerland do not have to pay import taxes or additional VAT.
All devices carry a two year warranty from the date of purchase. If the device fails to operate within that period, we will repair or replace the module at our discretion. This warranty excludes damage caused by improper use of the module, such as, but not limited to connection to wrong power supply voltages, improper power cable connection, damage caused by mechanical stress (e.g. dropping) and damage caused by heat or liquids.

If your unit needs to be repaired (within the warranty period or after), you must obtain our written consent before returning anything. The shipping cost for returning the unit is not refundable. We will send back any package that was not approved for return to us. Please contact us using the Contact form for any request regarding returns.
